SHIPPING
Ready to ship items- Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped from México. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number if you'd like to track the status of your package once it has been sent.
Made to Order Items- These items are handmade from scratch once your order is received. Given our strong attention to detail and craftsmanship made to order pieces take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to complete. We will email you any timeline updates regarding the status of your order and a notification of shipment will be delivered once your order is sent.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (MX)
The cost for all domestic chipping is $150 MXN
Free Shipping for all orders over $3,000 MXN.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF MÉXICO)

Free International Shipping for orders over $900 (USD).
We are not responsible for any customs cost/taxes on International orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Please make sure you read product descriptions thoroughy including sizes and dimensions before placing your order. We do not refound or exchange due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

WARRANTY
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, proofed by photos. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at minojewelry@gmail.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to our studio in Querétaro, México buyers are responsible for the shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
CARE
Please keep in mind that all our pieces are handmade, treat them with love so they can live longer, take care of them by avoiding contact with chemical products, chlorine, perfume, makeup, saltywater and excessive sweating.
May your jewel be the last thing to add on your outfit.
Remove your jewelry before engaging into any physical activity, bathing, or going to bed.
Be aware that imperfections may be present but that´s what makes them special, remember that everything is handmade.

JEWELRY CLEANING
Soak the piece in a bowl with warm water and a few drops of liquid dish soap.
Carve the entire piece with a soft toothbrush.
Rinse it with clean water and dry it with paper towel.
This will remove dirt and oxidation stains, restoring its original shine.
